Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note that estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.
